About the Role

Liberty Gas Group is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Community Engagement Officer to become a vital part of our team. This position is focused on fostering relationships and ensuring effective communication with residents, particularly in relation to our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of service appointments, ensuring all engagements are efficiently managed.
  • Maintain and monitor the service providers database to guarantee optimal service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and service teams, addressing any concerns or inquiries that may arise.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • NVQ Level 2 or a qualification in a customer-focused discipline.
  • GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • Experience in resident liaison, particularly within the gas servicing sector, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
