The Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting a young and energetic individual who loves to be active and engaged in various community activities. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life and be part of a team that values compassion and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany and support this individual in participating in community activities such as swimming, bowling, visiting local attractions, and trampolining.
  • Engage in arts and crafts, watching movies, listening to music on the iPad, singing nursery rhymes, and other fun activities at home.
  • Assist with developing new skills and hobbies, encouraging their interests, and fostering independence.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance with tasks as needed, ensuring their well-being and safety during outings and home activities.
  • Facilitate social interactions and help build meaningful relationships within the community.
