The Role
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team and support a young and energetic individual who loves to be active and engaged in various community activities. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting this woman in participating in community activities such as swimming, bowling, visiting the beach, and trampolining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany and support this woman in participating in community activities.
- Engage in arts and crafts, watching movies, listening to music on the iPad, singing nursery rhymes, and other fun activities at home.
- Assist with developing new skills and hobbies, encouraging her interests, and fostering independence.
- Provide day-to-day assistance with tasks as needed, ensuring her well-being and safety during outings and home activities.
- Facilitate social interactions and help build meaningful relationships within the community.
