About the Role
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team and support a young woman with a vibrant personality. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated to making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany and support the woman in participating in community activities such as swimming, bowling, and visiting local attractions.
- Engage in arts and crafts, watching movies, listening to music on the iPad, singing nursery rhymes, and other fun activities at home.
- Assist with developing new skills and hobbies, encouraging her interests, and fostering independence.
- Provide day-to-day assistance with tasks as needed, ensuring her well-being and safety during outings and home activities.
- Facilitate social interactions and help build meaningful relationships within the community.

We are seeking individuals who are patient, understanding, and able to provide consistent and dependable support. The ideal candidate will possess a caring nature, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to the woman's schedule and interests.
