Key Responsibilities- Financial Administration: Draft and issue fee invoices in accordance with company procedures, ensuring timely payment and resolving any client queries.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage the company's financial records, including bookkeeping software, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the Directors, including cash flow, chargeability, business scorecard, recovery, and billing spreadsheets.
- Financial Support: Provide administrative support to the Senior Finance Officer and Operations Director, including data entry, document management, and general assistance.
- Financial Liaison: Liaise with the company's bookkeeper and accountant as required, ensuring seamless financial operations.
- Proactive: Demonstrate a proactive approach to financial management and administration.
- Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Communication Skills: Develop strong communication skills, both internally and externally, to ensure effective collaboration and client satisfaction.
