Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Facilities and ICT Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our technology and premises management services. This role is crucial in ensuring that our educational environment remains conducive to learning and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize ICT services to facilitate effective teaching, learning, and administrative functions.
  • Supervise the Trust estates team to ensure the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and facilities in a safe, clean, and secure manner.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, practical, and a collaborative team player, capable of adapting to the evolving needs of the organization. You will work closely with the Operations and Compliance Manager to deliver outstanding management services that contribute to our ongoing success.

Leadership and Technical Skills:

The successful candidate will provide strong leadership to both the ICT Support and Premises Teams. A solid technical background is essential, and candidates should ideally possess qualifications in:

  • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
  • Facilities Management
  • Health and Safety Regulations

Desired Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Experience in a technical ICT support capacity.
  • Experience in site management.
  • Able to perform well under pressure.
