3rd Line IT Manager Role

As a 3rd Line IT Manager, you will lead the support team in resolving complex technical issues and delivering expert guidance. You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft-based solutions, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the 3rd line support team and provide expert guidance on complex technical issues.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance of services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.
  • Proven track record in a 3rd line support or IT management role within a Managed Service Provider environment.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and equipment.
