The Role

You will be reporting directly into the Group IT Director and will be responsible for leading the IT team in delivering strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive digital transformation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the IT team in delivering strategic objectives and driving digital transformation.
  2. Develop and implement IT strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems.
  4. Manage IT budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong technical background in IT, preferably with experience in leading IT teams.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive digital transformation and implement IT strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
