Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Event Executive to join our Sales Team at Beaverbrook. As an Event Executive, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable guest experiences and working closely with our Groups & Reservations Manager and Event Sales Manager.
The RoleAs an Event Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Handling event enquiries and preparing contracts
- Coordinating private and corporate events
- Providing support with reservations for rooms, restaurants, and the Health Club & Spa
You will work 5 days out of 7, including weekends, and on shifts to ensure all telephone calls are efficiently answered.
The PersonWe are looking for an individual who is:
- Familiar with working in events and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Naturally positive, an excellent communicator, and driven by the challenge of consistently delivering high standards to our guests and clients
- Previous event coordination experience, ideally in a high-end or luxury environment
