About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine Consultant to join our dynamic team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in Emergency Medicine
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participate in teaching and training of junior medical staff
  • Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • FRCEM qualification or equivalent
  • Full registration with the GMC and a licence to practice
  • Experience in Emergency Medicine with a strong background in clinical governance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
