About the Department
Our Emergency Department is a busy mixed urban/rural department, seeing over 180,000 new patient attendances per year. We have a strong focus on teaching and training, with a simulation suite and regular scenario-based teaching sessions. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and is committed to the development of our junior medical staff.
Person Specification
We are looking for a Consultant with excellent clinical skills, a strong background in Emergency Medicine, and experience in leadership and teaching. You will be a registered medical practitioner with a license to practice and be on the GMC Specialist Register. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
