Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and management in the Emergency Department
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments and services to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in teaching and training of junior medical staff
- FRCEM or equivalent higher qualification
- Full registration and a licence to practice with the GMC
- Experience in Emergency Medicine and leadership roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
