Are you an experienced and proactive Leader/Supervisor looking to make an impact in a thriving retail environment? We are on the lookout for a dedicated Duty Manager to contribute to the success and growth of our esteemed store.

As a Duty Manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play a crucial role in driving performance at our store. You will be an integral part of the leadership team, ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the store's sales and profitability through key operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing store, taking charge during Duty Manager shifts.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving operational objectives and key performance indicators.
- Lead, coach, and inspire colleagues, fostering a motivated and empowered team through an engaging management approach.
- Manage performance and attendance as necessary.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring colleague safety and stock/cash security.
- Conduct cash reconciliations, handle voids and refunds, and perform other management tasks for till staff.
- Act as a role model, guiding the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience that distinguishes us from competitors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance store visibility and engage with the local community.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational processes.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within food retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to achieving and maintaining high customer service standards.
- Effective planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to communicate and influence across all levels.
- Decisive and capable of taking appropriate actions.
- Dedicated to fostering a collaborative work environment.
