- Manage all KPIs for the store, sharing ideas with other Store Managers to maximize growth and profitability.
- Performance is measured through day-to-day activities, strategic objectives, self-assessment, and impact on others.
- Operate all services in the store, including Post Office Local, EvRi, and vending.
- Implement business changes and new ways of working in the store.
- Resource the store within the labor budget to ensure it remains open for trading and compliant.
- Ensure customers in the store have a great shopping experience and that the business brings benefits to local communities through trusted partnerships.
- Coach the team daily to deliver a great shopping experience and excellent retail store standards.
- Continually review local competitor activity to understand threats and opportunities, turning insight into action.
- Ensure customers and colleagues in the store go home safely every day by leading a robust health and safety culture, reviewing preventable incidents, accidents, and audit performance.
- Support the team with tasks such as serving customers, replenishing stock, completing safe and legal routines, and line management responsibilities.
- Be the DPS/Premises holder and responsible for the sale of all alcohol from the store.
- Undergo a Post Office Financial and criminal conviction background check, which must be passed to proceed with the role. If the checks fail, the job offer will be withdrawn.

One Stop Stores Limited is a retail convenience business with over 1,000 company and franchise neighborhood stores across Great Britain. We employ more than 10,500 colleagues. Our stores are open seven days a week from 7am to 10pm, offering local communities a wide range of products and services, including fresh and chilled food, household essentials, snacks, and beverages. Many of our stores offer additional services, such as free cash machines, Post Office, Evri Parcelshop, PayPoint, lottery, and vending solutions.
We operate as a separate business from our Head Office, also known as the Store Support Centre, and service our stores from three distribution centers. With stores situated throughout England and Wales, there's sure to be a One Stop near you.
