We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at PIB Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our policyholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 100% FCA, DPA, MOBI, and ICOB compliance.
  • Ensuring Consumer Duty requirements are followed throughout company processes and procedures.
  • Providing excellent service to customers via inbound and outbound communication.
  • Recognizing and mitigating risk.
  • Updating policies accordingly to reflect any incidents or claims data.
  • Processing Delegated Authority mid-term adjustments.
  • Managing e-trade/open market MTAs directly with the insurer.
  • Assisting the Underwriting team with preparing renewals.
  • Effectively dealing with and logging complaints.
  • Supporting retention and/or generating additional income for the business at all possible opportunities.
  • Taking ownership and responsibility of your workload and performance.
  • Inputting accurate data into all necessary logs, trackers, and databases.
  • Reporting any problems encountered to your Senior/Manager.
  • Achieving or exceeding QA expectations.
  • Being aware of department targets and working as part of a team to ensure you strive to influence this in a positive way.
  • Meeting/exceeding individual targets and assisting in meeting targets set for the team and business unit.
  • Identifying and making recommendations for improvements to current working practices as required.
  • Carrying out any other tasks as directed by the Seniors or Managers.
  • Adhering to Barbon/PIB Policies.
