About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead our sales team and drive national sales strategy to achieve business growth and profitability. This is a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for both on-trade and off-trade channels to achieve business growth and profitability.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance targets and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, fostering relationships with key customers and distributors to expand our national presence.
  • Utilize sales analytics to monitor team performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure alignment and optimal execution of sales initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and trade partners to enhance our market position.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the brewery, beverage, or FMCG industries.
