Job Description

MBDA is seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our Graduate Programme in 2025. As a key member of our Operations directorate, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with design teams to influence the producibility of designs and ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement tooling, instructions, and cost estimates for product manufacture.
  • Validate production lines and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Provide day-to-day support to operators and contribute to the architecture of production lines.
  • Develop new manufacturing processes and improve existing ones.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Physics, Maths, or various Engineering disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an 'engineering mind-set'.
  • Previous experience with tools such as Simul8, MRP tools, and Engineering Drawing tools is an advantage.
