We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at PVH. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading the sales floor team to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and inspire the sales floor team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and maintain high standards of store appearance.
- Work closely with the store management team to identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Manage and develop the sales floor team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive results.
- Partner with the store management team to achieve company standards and objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a premium or luxury brand.
- Proven track record of supervisory or specialist roles with a focus on customer service and sales results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
