The Role

As our Talent & Organization Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning our Global Talent Management strategy with IRIS's growth objectives.

You will identify and nurture top performers, high-potential leaders, early careers, and underrepresented groups, leading a high-performing team to design and implement programmes that enhance skills, capabilities, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organization Development: Develop and lead the Organizational Development plan, ensuring alignment with IRIS's strategic direction.
  • Talent Management Programmes: Design and deliver global talent programmes, including mentoring and social purpose initiatives.
  • Leadership Support: Assist leadership teams in embedding talent management initiatives and support HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in Organization Design & Development.
  • Experience in managing large-scale Talent Development Programmes.
  • Knowledge of talent management and learning methods such as coaching, mentoring, and group facilitation.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Desirable: CIPD Qualification and experience working on a global scale.
