Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated EPM Systems Financial Accountant to join a dynamic global organization. This role will focus on the management, administration, and enhancement of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems landscape, specifically utilizing Oracle FCCS.

Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, the successful candidate will oversee a suite of financial systems that facilitate the daily operations of the finance department. This includes the implementation and ongoing management of Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and reporting. As this is a newly established position, it presents an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of Oracle FCCS, spearheading its development and identifying new avenues for process automation as the organization expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily management, administration, and strategic development of the finance suite, including Oracle FCCS, Sage Intacct, and related tools.
  • Assist in the testing and maintenance of Oracle FCCS during its implementation phase.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues and inquiries.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives for systems and processes.
  • Ensure an effective system control environment, with comprehensive documentation of system configuration and maintenance tasks.
  • Manage the deployment of new system releases, ensuring thorough testing before live implementation.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities for systems automation, including IFRS reporting and financial planning.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess proven experience in a financial systems environment, particularly with EPM/CPM systems such as Oracle FCCS, HFM, Infor d/EPM, SAP BPC, OneStream, IBM Cognos Controller, TM1, or Tagetik. Strong business acumen and finance knowledge are essential. Familiarity with a General Ledger (GL) system is advantageous but not mandatory.
