Job Overview:
As a skilled and experienced professional in a diverse range of Oracle Cloud solutions, with a particular emphasis on Oracle EPM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a wide array of services. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaboration: Engage with Finance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to grasp their business goals and EPM needs, subsequently working with systems integrators to translate these into well-defined technical specifications.

Technical Review: Evaluate and provide insights on the feasibility of technical designs, identifying gaps or areas for enhancement in accordance with the Bank's architecture and security protocols.

Expertise in Oracle EPM: Serve as the Bank's technical authority on the design and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting modules.

Knowledge Sharing: Share your technical knowledge during workshops and training sessions with relevant stakeholders (i.e., SMEs, systems integrators, EPM leads, solution architects, and other technical teams) to educate them on best practices, functionalities, and capabilities of Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

Data Integration Support: Assist in data integration efforts between Oracle EPM Cloud and other Bank systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Migration Assistance: Support the transition of existing EPM solutions to the Oracle EPM Cloud platform, providing guidance on data migration and validation processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside project managers, business analysts, and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and a successful transition into Business As Usual (BAU).

Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase, collaborating closely with Oracle Support as necessary.

Custom Reporting: Develop tailored reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to fulfill the Bank's unique reporting requirements.

Process Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve the Bank's EPM processes and performance by leveraging Oracle EPM Cloud functionalities.


Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience (minimum of 2 years or at least one full implementation) as an Oracle EPM consultant, specializing in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting.
- Strong understanding of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
- Familiarity with EPM Data Integration, Data Management, and Business Rules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Knowledge of other financial systems or ERP platforms.
- Relevant Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
