About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) specialist to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Powered Enterprise team, you will play a critical role in delivering cloud-enabled transformation programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver EPM solutions that leverage leading practices to support business requirements, as part of a wider cloud-enabled transformation program.
  • Design and deliver EPM systems, including application configuration and documentation, interface and data migration functional definition, testing preparation and execution, cutover and post-go-live support.
  • Communicate compelling solutions for EPM in response to complex client problems, utilizing your expertise in Oracle EPM products.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle EPM products, supporting the development of assets for Powered EPM applications, including FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPBCS, TRCS, and other cloud reporting tools.
  • Support business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries, fostering a collaborative environment and driving results-oriented solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in EPM-related roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and delivering full life cycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud products.
  • Strong technical skills in EPM applications, including EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM, and EDMCS, as well as experience in key finance and accounting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and succinct manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and use data in decision-making.
  • Experience in cloud environments and understanding of the impacts of implementing and operating on the cloud versus on-premise.
