Job Description

Role Purpose

Travelex is currently undergoing a Finance Transformation Programme, which involves implementing enhanced EPM applications as part of our end-to-end finance system migration to Oracle Cloud ERPM. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the implementation of the enhanced EPM solution, linked to the phased global rollout of our new ERP (Oracle Fusion) solution and migration to a new Chart of Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Solution Implementation Partner to manage and lead the full end-to-end implementation of the new EPM solution to our Finance teams, ensuring seamless integration and operation of the new platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring that changes are adopted.
  • Ensure that both technical and functional requirements are delivered to ensure seamless integration and operation of the new EPM platform.
  • Work across multiple functional areas, including FP&A processes planning, financial close and consolidation, reconciliation, and data management, to ensure that best practice is followed aligned to the target design.
  • Identify and support utilizing best practices from the new platform changes to reporting.
  • Manage project delivery plan, report to relevant governance bodies, including management of RAID log / tracking business synergies.
  • Work collaboratively with other Finance Transformation programme Teams, including the ERP team implementing Oracle Fusion Financials, to ensure that both platforms are fully aligned.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in design and implementation of EPM applications, particularly in EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM, and EDMCS.
  • Experience across the full Oracle EPM implementation project lifecycles.
  • Detailed knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM business processes across Finance.
  • The role requires a good understanding of financial accounting, processes, and reporting, how that relates to accounting systems analysis and design in the Oracle Applications framework.
  • Experience across multiple functional areas, including FP&A processes planning, financial close and consolidation, reconciliation, and data management.
  • Experience in design and implementation of EPM applications, particularly in EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM, and EDMCS.
  • Experience in finance and accounting processes.
  • Experience in governance controls, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization, and data quality management.
  • Cloud environment experience, including operating and implementing.
  • Management experience.
  • Experience across Finance Services or Retail sectors and engaging with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
