About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Assistant Relationship Manager to join our international PreSales team based in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in leading the solutioning for business challenges and presenting the value of our nCino solution to prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients by providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with prospects to identify solutions for key business challenges and pain points.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on credit and lending, property finance, and the banking and financial services sector.
  • Lead detailed product presentations and demonstrations to internal and external audiences, highlighting the value of the nCino solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PreSales, Sales, Product, Partner, and Customer Success, to drive business growth and success.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in banking and financial services, with a strong foundation in commercial finance, property, and/or mortgage lending.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with prospects and clients, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly to complex scenarios and adapt to change.
  • Fluent in English, with other European language(s) beneficial.
Desired Candidate Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of loan origination workflows, credit risk management, regulatory requirements, and/or product management in the lending space.
  • Experience using and/or configuring Salesforce.
Travel Requirements

This role requires up to 50% travel, with opportunities to work with our international teams and clients.
