Experienced Casualty Claims Handler

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Casualty Loss Adjuster to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a key member of our Claims Management business, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our Casualty Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site investigations and risk surveys to determine liability and quantum.
- Liaise with insurers, policyholders, witnesses, and experts to manage expectations and negotiate claim resolutions.
- Manage a caseload of up to 80 files, ensuring effective and proactive claims handling from start to finish.
- Prepare detailed and concise reports explaining investigations, legal liability, and quantum recommendations.
- Apply policy cover and wording to various specialist classes, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- Experience in casualty claims handling, specifically dealing with Commercial Combined Liability Policies and CAR Policies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
