Your Responsibilities:
- Take minutes for management meetings as required across contract depots.
- Conduct checks on Right to Work documentation for compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Ensure timely completion of timesheets as per deadlines.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in Agency timesheets and payroll records.
- Conduct monthly uniform stock counts and report data to the Business Support Team.
- Assist service managers with various administrative tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties as required by the contract.
- Adhere to all Veolia policies and procedures.
Qualifications We Seek:
- Experience in taking meeting minutes
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Background in administration or clerical work
- Proficient IT skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong prioritization skills, adaptability, and capability to manage workload under changing deadlines
