We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

  • Lead HR initiatives across 350 employees, managing two People Advisors
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including Contracts of Employment and Employee Handbooks
  • Partner with senior management, supporting change management and regulatory transformations
  • Oversee training programs covering employment law, compliance, and management development
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and compliance

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic business partnering (60% of time)
  • Day-to-day operations (40% of time)

Requirements:
