Social Media Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Advisor to join our team at Govia Thameslink Railway. As a Social Media Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and communication via social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with customers and promote our brand
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms
- Collaborate with colleagues across Customer Relations, Operations, and Communications functions to deliver a consistent and up-to-date message
- Identify trends and opportunities to drive advocacy and deliver excellent customer service
- Work in a fast-paced environment to solve problems and resolve issues
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively via social media
- Good planning and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise effectively and assimilate complicated messages
- Ability to work in a sensitive and confidential manner
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office
