Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Neonatal Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Neonatal Unit at Watford General Hospital.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualised, family-centred care to babies in preparation for discharge home from the special care nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the neonatal nursing staff in the neonatal and transitional care unit
  • Provide individualised, family-centred care to babies in preparation for discharge home
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and healthcare professionals
