Fellowship Growth and Partnerships Officer

A leading cultural and social change organisation is seeking a skilled professional to drive the growth and development of its network of over 31,000 Fellows.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering the growth and development of the organisation's network, promoting Fellowship internally and externally through events, presentations, and digital recruitment campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to bring in new Fellows, leveraging internal and external events, engagement opportunities, and digital campaigns.
  • Act as a point of contact for prospective Fellows, providing compelling and confident presentations of the organisation's Fellowship value to diverse audiences.
  • Utilise CRM and reporting software to track and monitor Fellowship recruitment, informing data-driven decisions on priorities and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate across multiple platforms to manage Fellows and team administration, ensuring accurate records and a positive Fellowship experience.
