  • Manage daily allocations for road crews using Moveware and assist with generating purchase orders for subcontractors, to optimize logistics and minimize costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, providing information, project support, and handling queries as needed, to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintain close communication with warehouse operatives to ensure materials are prepared and available daily, to support efficient operations and minimize delays.
  • Provide holiday and absence cover within the department, to ensure continuity and minimize disruptions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and a professional demeanor, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required, to support effective communication and teamwork.
