Role Description:

As a Behaviour Change Management Consultant in our Business Advisory team, you will support our clients with their toughest challenges, where people and behaviours are at the root of successful transformation. You will design client solutions and behavioural interventions that positively impact people, profit, and the planet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with their toughest challenges, focusing on people and behaviours.
  • Design client solutions and behavioural interventions that drive positive impact.
  • Collaborate with our Behavioural Change Unit to develop and implement effective change management strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of our Behavioural Change Unit, building out our propositions and sharing your behavioural science expertise with the team.

Requirements:

  • Accepted degrees: BSc, BA, MSc or MA in Behavioural Science courses including Psychology, Sociology, Behavioural Science and Behavioural Economics.
  • Working towards a degree in a relevant subject.
  • Demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
