Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the company's vision and solutions, adding greater depth and value to our business.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT team documentation in line with changes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Assist senior-level engineers in business infrastructure projects as needed.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service desk team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service desk management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Proven experience in team management, performance evaluation, and coaching.
