About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key business-to-business (B2B) accounts, monitoring and developing customer relationships, and providing technical advice and education to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key B2B accounts and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide technical advice and education to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to maximize the value of our products.
- Identify opportunities for new business and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar technical sales role.
- 3 x A levels or equivalent.
- A full clean driving license.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills.
