About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at SolviT Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the North region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads, utilizing your expertise in microscopy and precision inspection equipment to showcase our products to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and product management teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of success in sales growth and customer acquisition.
  • Proven expertise in microscopy or precision inspection equipment, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our products.
  • A full UK driving license is required for this role, as you will be required to travel to customer sites and attend sales meetings.
