We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Brook Street. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and screening candidates, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Business development calls and client meetings to build and maintain relationships
- Candidate marketing to source and screen candidates
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Developing personal online brand
- Working to achieve targets
- Becoming an expert within your specialist field
