Job Title: Analytics Associate Director

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Analytics Associate Director to join our team at Leo Burnett. As a key member of our social data and analytics function, you will be responsible for leading all social analytics projects across the agency with confidence and agility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics Leadership: You will lead the growth of the social analytics function and team over time, ensuring that we have the best approach to generating insights, measuring performance, and optimizing our outputs.
  • Reporting: You'll lead quarterly and monthly reporting across the business to ensure our social work is delivering on its KPIs. This will involve building dashboards, collecting, cleaning, visualizing, and presenting data.
  • Social Insight Generation: You will work with our social strategists to conduct data-led analysis of conversations and competitor activity, defining trends and topics to inform content.
  • Data Storytelling: You will be an expert in translating data into simple and compelling narratives for peers and clients, weaving together multiple data points to create actionable insights.
  • Best Practice: You will be responsible for creating processes and templates that can be used across clients, building efficiencies for you and your team.

Requirements:

  • High-Level Data Analytics Skills: You will be highly proficient in data collection, cleaning, and transformation techniques, as well as data visualization.
  • Social Obsessed: You'll have a passion and love for data, but crucially, you'll be equally passionate about the world of Social and all it entails.
  • Social Listening & Analytics Tools: You'll be fluent in all key data analysis tools, including social listening tools, web analytic tools, and social networks native analytic tools.
  • Leadership Experience: You'll have 4-7 years of experience in a senior analytics position, ideally in a creative agency environment.
