Job Title: Senior HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at KennedyPearce Consulting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization, providing comprehensive HR support and advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to management and employees on all employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee all recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of HR services.
  • Support the Head of HR in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives, providing HR metrics and reporting as required.
  • Partner with management to build a sound understanding of individual departments and teams, anticipating and responding to people and performance challenges.
  • Manage employee relationships, responding to queries and problems, and managing expectations.
  • Support the HR and Development Manager with various HR-related projects, including employee relations, performance, and absence management case metrics and reporting.
  • Oversee the Occupational Health referral process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of HR services.
  • Ensure all employee personnel files are updated with relevant documentation.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with all levels of management and non-management.
  • Highly resilient, self-confident, and persuasive in nature, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in HR, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
