Pro-Finance is seeking a seasoned Audit Director to lead our corporate finance team in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within the financial services sector, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting to stakeholders, and driving business growth through new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients within the financial services sector, providing expert audit services and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Sign off audits within the portfolio, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to acquire new clients, expanding Pro-Finance's presence in the financial services market.
  • Contribute to the development of our financial services sector, staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in delivering audit and assurance services to financial institutions, with a strong understanding of IFRS, UK GAAP, and GAAS.
  • Proven track record of managing a significant portfolio and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong business development skills, with a focus on identifying opportunities and driving growth.
