A leading organization, such as Serco, is seeking a skilled Media and External Communications Manager to drive strategic communication initiatives. Collaborating with teams globally, you will enhance the brand's reputation and ensure impactful storytelling across various channels. The ideal candidate will have strong media relations, creativity, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government, and community groups
  • Manage and coordinate media relations, including media inquiries and press releases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage to inform future communication strategies

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
