About the Role
We are looking for an experienced care worker or someone who is eager to start a career in care. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escort and assist in and around the service, at external events and appointments.
- Support our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
