Assistant Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Shop Manager to support our retail operations in England. This permanent role offers 21 hours per week, including Sundays, with additional hours to cover holidays and sickness. The salary is £13,301.66 pro rata.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Shop Manager to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Lead and empower staff and volunteers to achieve team goals
  • Engage with the local community to build support and promote our mission
