Associate in Private Equity

Montresor Legal is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a talented associate to support a prominent private equity partner. This role is a result of significant investment in the firm's London private capital division, offering excellent advancement and development opportunities for driven mid-level associates.
Candidate Profile

We encourage applications from associates qualified in England & Wales or the Commonwealth, particularly those with a minimum of 2 years of experience in UK private equity. A strong understanding of equity documentation and management term sheets is essential.

Responsibilities

The compensation structure, including salary and bonuses, is competitive and among the highest in the market, aside from elite US firms that may require more in terms of output.
