We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our client's team, responsible for maintaining and driving all quality and internal audit processes for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and BRC Packaging V6 standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough internal audits on ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, and BRC V6 standards to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate the internal audit team to ensure all audits are carried out on time, meeting the required standards and deadlines.
- Ensure all audit actions are completed in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Maintain and update internal calibration processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Participate in the HACCAP program, including risk assessments for food, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Update and control the site database of company documents and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Redesign and transfer all current SOPs into a new agreed format, seeking approval and publishing the updated documents.
- Collect, analyze, and present data on company quality systems to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, summarizing findings and recommending solutions to problems identified during audits or investigations.
- Provide feedback to management regarding improvements that can be made based on findings from audits or investigations.
- Design and manage briefings, associated Sign Off sheets, and updating the relevant training record to ensure a high level of employee engagement and understanding.
- Complete the administration of Customer Complaints to the given deadlines, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Hold a graduate-level qualification in a quality, engineering, or science discipline, with 4-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience in a similar environment.
