About the Role
Primary Care Careers is seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Secretary to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Medical Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical and administration team by undertaking a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties.
Main Responsibilities
- Process and manage medical information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and service providers.
- Utilize electronic referral systems to facilitate efficient communication.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Secretarial qualifications or experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
