Job Summary:
Red Recruitment is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join a family-owned business with a strong presence in the land regeneration and material management sectors. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for approximately 80 staff across three companies using Sage Payroll and make Bankline payments.
- Process attachments of earnings order deductions and make payments.
- Update staff payroll spreadsheet with key information.
- Keep P11d information up to date and send off to HMRC as applicable.
- Monitor probation dates and issue staff contracts.
- Assist with HR within the group.
Requirements:
- Experience using SAGE is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of P11d regulations and procedures.
- Proven track record of processing payroll from start to finish.
- Previous experience in HR is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to handle sensitive and restricted information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A competitive salary of £16,794.96 per annum.
- A flexible working arrangement with 21 hours per week across three days.
