Klarent Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Food and Beverage team to ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Work within budgeted guidelines to control food, liquor costs, and payroll.
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
  • Develop menus with the Food and Beverage team to ensure a diverse and appealing offering.
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Conduct annual and mid-year appraisals with team members.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
