Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Service Centre Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that provides exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure achievement of prescribed service levels, KPIs, and budgeted targets both internally and externally with customers.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for the department and set team objectives accordingly.
  • Act as a point of escalation for queries and complaints from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be accountable for providing necessary support within the helpdesk functions.
  • Implement audits and controls across the team to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, including effective delegation, decision-making, coaching, and people development.
  • Experienced in data information handling and skilled in analytical decision-making.
  • Possess a strong coaching technique, fostering growth and performance improvement.
  • Approaches planning activities with a well-organized and systematic mindset.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service centre or operations management capacity.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
