**Key Responsibilities**

• Support the Centre Manager in providing a full range of business support services to customers

• Ensure the maintenance of robust Health and Safety and Fire Procedures

• Deputise for the Centre Manager in their absence and undertake all associated responsibilities

• Familiarise yourself with the Company Values of Aspire Personnel Ltd and behave in a manner consistent with these values

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, with no complaints regarding standard and execution of services

• Maintain consistent high occupancy levels and ensure timely delivery of all necessary services and documentation

**Ideal Candidate**

• You will have experience in a similar role, or as a Senior Receptionist, with a welcoming and professional personality to engage with customers and colleagues

• You will have good knowledge of all Microsoft packages and be able to resolve basic technical issues

• You will have excellent administration skills and good knowledge of Health and Safety and Fire procedures
