Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality pastoral care, focusing on residents with complex needs.
  • Audit practices and procedures to ensure the highest levels of governance.

About You:

We are looking for a proven line manager in a care home setting who is keen to develop their leadership skills and knowledge. You will be capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.
